In 2019 I stumbled on a kickstarter campaign for a hackable smartwatch which runs Javascript. This a great thing for a web and backend developer like me. Today this is my every day watch and hacking device. The campaign was started by Gordon Williams, the developer and man behind the Espruino platform. Without any doubt it’s a neat idea to run Javascript on microcontrollers.
